Now that the "Connect to Cloud" and "Connect to Camera" functions are merged, the steps to delete a camera from the camera list have changed.
How to delete my Cloud-connected camera (registered camera)
1. Remove your registered camera from the Cloud.
1.1 Tap the sub-menu button of the cloud-connected camera that you want to remove from your cloud slot.
1.2 Tap the “Remove from cloud” button.
1.3 Check the warning message pop-up and tap the “Remove” button to continue.
1.4 The camera will disconnect from the Cloud. The camera can now be accessed via Wi-Fi only.
2. Delete the camera that was removed from the Cloud. (completely remove the camera from camera list)
2.1 Tap the sub-menu button of the deleted camera from the Cloud.
2.2 Tap the “Delete camera” button.
2.3 Check the warning message pop-up and tap the “Delete” button to continue.
2.4 The camera is now removed from your camera list.
NOTE: Removing the camera from the Cloud also means making a Cloud slot available.
For example, one camera slot is available for Free Plan users. If your camera (Camera A) is registered, you will see "Free Plan (1/1)" on the upper left section of the screen showing the camera list. If you want to add another camera (Camera B) to the Cloud, you can simply remove Camera A to free up a slot for Camera B.
*Camera A will turn into a Wi-Fi-only accessible camera, i.e. it will be accessible by connecting to it via Wi-Fi only.
How to delete my Wi-Fi-connected camera (i.e. remove a cam from the camera list)
1.1 Tap the sub-menu button of the Wi-Fi camera that you want to delete.
1.2 Tap the “Delete camera” button.
1.3 Check the warning message pop-up and tap the “Delete” button to continue.
1.4 The camera is now removed from your camera list.
How to remove a camera in a group
If you are the fleet owner or admin, you have the authority to delete a camera assigned to your group.
Check the steps below to remove the camera from your group.
1. Go to the group camera list.
2. Activate the edit mode by tapping the multi-selection icon.
3. Check the box that appears next to the camera (left side).
4. Check the warning message pop-up and tap the “Remove” button to continue.
Where can I check the removed camera from the group?
1. If you are the fleet owner, you can check the removed camera from the group on your general camera list. The camera will be shown on the list but can only be accessible as a Wi-Fi camera.
2. If you are the administrator or driver. you can not check the removed camera from the group that you were assigned.
