Profile Section Overview
The “Profile” section, found inside the Profile tab, includes the user's profile information (Name, Email Address, Cloud Plan Information, Downloaded Videos, Password Change Option/History, and Logout).
Profile Section
You can set your profile picture and name in this part of the profile section. You can change the information with the edit icon (
Plan Status
The current plan type and status will be displayed in this section. If you are on a Free account, you have the option to upgrade to another plan. If you are subscribed to a Cloud Plan, you can manage your current subscription - change payment method, cancel plan, restore purchase, view current camera slots available, and check transaction history.
Current Usage Status Section
Check the current usage statistics of your account for the Live View, Playback & Download, and Cloud storage.
Download Videos
You can check the videos that were downloaded recently from the SD card, Cloud storage, and Live Event upload.
This is the app's local storage. So, you can check the same videos as long as you use the same mobile device.
Password Change
You can change your password for the security and privacy. The last paswword change history is also displayed.
Log out
Tap this button if you want log out and log in using another account.
