Camera Models: X Plus and earlier camera models
1. Wi-Fi Mode (no login required)
*Note: The camera should be powered on and running.
BlackVue App > Wi-Fi Mode > Camera on the List > Join (Network) > Three Dots in Vertical Stack (Upper Right Corner) > Camera Settings > Firmware Settings
*Check Cloud Settings below
2. Cloud Mode (requires log in)
*Note: The camera does not need to be on and running. Any changes saved in the settings will be applied when the camera turns on and connects to the Cloud.
BlackVue App > Get started > Log in > Camera on the List > Three Dots in Vertical Stack (Upper Right Corner) > Camera Settings > Firmware Settings

BlackVue Web Viewer > Start Web Viewer > Log in > Camera on the List > Three Dots in Vertical Stack (Upper Right Corner) > Camera Settings > Firmware Settings > Advanced (Cloud)
BlackVue PC Viewer (SD Card Viewer)
NOTE: This shows information of the firmware settings of the user's camera when the SD card is plugged into the computer and the camera settings are accessed via the SD Card Viewer option of the BlackVue PC Viewer.
Enable Cloud service
If you don’t use the Cloud service you can turn it off.
Cloud service hotspot settings
Choose your Wi-Fi hotspot from the list and enter the password.
Your BlackVue will try to connect to hotspot 1 first. If it cannot connect to hotspot 1, it will connect to LTE module (when using LTE sim).
Note
• Only DR900 and DR970X series dashcams are compatible with 5GHz wireless networks.
