You can search the help center articles/FAQs by typing the keywords in the search bar. For example, if you type "SD card", you will get all SD card-related articles uploaded by our support team under the "Knowledge Base" section and the ones uploaded by the signed-in members of the Help Center under the " Community" section.
OR you can search by clicking on the " Help " icon on the right bottom of your screen.
If you can't find related to your inquiry, please click on " Contact Us " and send us a message with the details of your issue.
