- Make sure that you have properly configured the Cloud service hotspot settings.
- The dashcam connects to BlackVue Cloud only when it is turned ON and in the range of the assigned internet Wi-Fi hotspot(s).
- You can check if your dashcam is connected to Cloud at the moment using BlackVue app or BlackVue Viewer.
*If the camera icon is light blue, it means the dashcam is properly connected to Cloud.
If the camera icon is grey, it means the dashcam is not connected to Cloud.
- When the dashcam is disconnected from Cloud, you cannot access the recordings saved in the microSD card under the "Camera" folder or the ones that you uploaded to Cloud.
