The BlackVue app (previously named "BlackVue C") supports all the BlackVue dashcam models with built-in Wi-Fi.
Although the pop-up will inform you that the BlackVue Legacy app (previously named "BlackVue app") is no longer supported (i.e. there will be no further updates for this app) you can still use it with the compatible BlackVue dashcams.
