If you have purchased any of the paid plans (Basic or Smart) from blackvue app and you cannot use it or the plan doesn't appear in the subscriptions, please do the following.
1. First of all please make sure that you are using the same account from which you have purchased the plan.
2. Please update the blackvue app or reinstall the app and see if it fixes the issue.
3. If the issue persists, please contact Google play store or App store in iPhone and check if your payment is successfully processed.
After doing all the troubleshooting steps above, if you still cannot see the updated plan, please send us your cloud email id at firstname.lastname@example.org for further investigation.
