[UPDATE] Temporary fix of direct Wifi connectivity issue with iPhones using iOS 13


    Dear Customers 

    A Wi-Fi direct connectivity issue is currently affecting iOS 13 and 13.1 users. 

    The issue is due to the fact that when we use the BlackVue app with Wi-Fi direct, the MAC address information is obtained from the camera. Since iOS 13, the MAC address information cannot be loaded if the location permission is not set. 

    While we cannot issue a fix immediately, here is a temporary fix. Please follow the procedure below to fix the error.


    1. Launch Blackvue App
    2. Cloud account logout


    1. Select BLACKVUE CLOUD


    1. On the Map, click "My Location" Button.


    1. In Location settings choose “Allow While Using App
