A Wi-Fi direct connectivity issue is currently affecting iOS 13 and 13.1 users.
The issue is due to the fact that when we use the BlackVue app with Wi-Fi direct, the MAC address information is obtained from the camera. Since iOS 13, the MAC address information cannot be loaded if the location permission is not set.
While we cannot issue a fix immediately, here is a temporary fix. Please follow the procedure below to fix the error.
- Launch Blackvue App
- Cloud account logout
- Select BLACKVUE CLOUD
- On the Map, click "My Location" Button.
- In Location settings choose “Allow While Using App
