Below are the steps on how to reset your password for your Online Shop account.

1. Visit our official website (www.blackvue.com) and click the 'account icon' located on the upper right corner of the landing page.
2. Click the Lost your password? located on the right side just above the LOG IN button.
3. Enter your username or email address and click RESET PASSWORD.
4. Check your email for the password reset link from Pittasoft. Click the 'Click here to reset your password' link to proceed.
5. Enter a new password twice and click the SAVE button.

In case you would like to delete your Online Shop account, you can send an deletion email request to cs@pittasoft.com.
