To continue posting topics and comments on topics in the Help Center Community, follow the procedures below to create an account.

1. Click the Sign in button located in the upper right corner of the page.
2. On the pop-up window, click Forgot my password to proceed.
3. Enter your email address and click Submit.
4. A password reset mail will be sent to you. Click the verification link to set a new password.
5. Enter a new password and click Change password to proceed.
6. You will be re-directed back to the Help Center landing page and do step (1) again to sign in and to confirm the successful password change.
