Create an account or sign up in the BlackVue Help Center

    An account in the BlackVue Help Center (https://helpcenter.blackvue.com/hc/en-us) is required if a user wants to post a topic or comments on articles uploaded in the Community section of the BlackVue Help Center page. 

     

    If you previously sent an email to our Customer Support Team (cs@pittasoft.com), you are already considered registered. All you have to do is to get a password.

    1. Click the Sign in button located in the upper right corner of the page.
    2. On the pop-up window, click Get a password to proceed.
    3. Enter the email address you used when you previously sent an email to our Support Team.
    4. Click Submit and go to your email to check the mail that contains further instructions.

     

    If you are new to the Help Center, follow the procedures below to create an account.

    1. Click the Sign in button located in the upper right corner of the page.
    2. On the pop-up window, click Sign up to proceed.
    3. Enter your full name and a valid email address. Click Sign up to proceed.
    4. A welcome mail will be sent to you. Click the verification link to activate your account.
    5. Go back to the Help Center page and do procedure (1).
    6. On the pop-up window, enter your email and password then click Sign in to verify if the account creation is successful.


    NOTE:
    This account can be used exclusively on the BalckVue Help Center page and it is different from the account created via the BlackVue App, PC Viewer, or BlackVue Cloud web site and from the account created on our official web site (www.blackvue.com). The account created via the BlackVue App, PC Viewer, or BlackVue Cloud website allows a user to register a Cloud-compatible camera to access, modify and saves its recordings and settings remotely. The account created on our official website is exclusive for our Online Shop purchases.
