Reset BlackVue Camera Account Password

    Follow the procedures below to reset your account password in the BlackVue Mobile App.

    When logged out:

    1. Open the BlackVue app.
    2. Click the menu tab on the upper left corner, click Log in, and select Forgot password?.
    3. Enter your email address and press Send reset password email.
    4. Check your email for the password reset link from Pittasoft. Click the Set a New password button in the email.
    5. Enter a new password and click Reset password.
    6. Go back to the BlackVue app, click on the menu tab and press Log in to verify if the password reset is successful.

    When logged in:

    1. Open the BlackVue app.
    2. Click the menu tab on the upper left corner, click your email address to go to Account Settings.
    3. Select Change password from the options.
      • Change Password Option:
        • Enter your current password once and your new password twice. Press the Change password button.
      • Reset Forgotten Password Option:
        • Enter your email address and press Send reset password email
        • Check your email for the password reset link from Pittasoft. Click the Set a New password button in the email.
        • Enter a new password and click Reset password.
        • Go back to the BlackVue app, click on the menu tab and press Log in to verify if the password reset is successful.

    To reset your account password using the PC Viewer computer application, follow the steps below.

    When logged out:

    1. Open the BlackVue PC Viewer.
    2. Click Cloud Viewer, then Account, and choose Login.
    3. Enter only your email address and click Password reset.
    4. Check your email for the password reset link from Pittasoft. Click the Set a New password button in the email.
    5. Enter a new password and click Reset password.
    6. Go back to the PC Viewer, click Cloud Viewer, then Account, and choose Login to verify if the password reset is successful.

    When logged in:

    1. Open the BlackVue PC Viewer.
    2. Click Cloud Viewer, then Account menu. 
    3. Choose Account settings and then Change password.
    4. Enter your current password once and your new password twice. Press the Change password button.

    You can also reset your account password by visiting www.blackvuecloud.com and following the procedures below.

    When logged out:

    1. Click Log in on the landing page.
    2. Click Forgot password? to proceed.
    3. Enter your email address and press Send reset password email.
    4. Check your email for the password reset link from Pittasoft. Click the Set a New password button in the email.
    5. Enter a new password and click Reset password.
    6. Go back to the website, click Log in, then enter your email address and new password to verify if the password reset is successful.

    When logged in:

    1. Click account Icon (blue circle) on the upper right corner of the landing page.
    2. Choose Account to proceed.
    3. Click Change password.
    4. Enter your current password once and your new password twice. Press the Change password button.
