Can I transfer my cameras and/or subscription from one account to another?


    We are sorry to tell you that the answer is no. Cloud/SIM Plan subscriptions are non-transferrable from one Cloud account to another.


    If a user wishes to use a new account/email, the current subscription registered under the old account/email should be canceled first. The subscription will last until the expiration date. Then, the user can re-subscribe to a plan using the new account/email address.


    Also, if the user wants to change his BlackVue Account, the camera(s) registered in the old account/email should be manually deleted and then registered again (one at a time) to the new account/email.
