Battery Pack (B-112, B-124/X, B-130X) Issues

Power Magic Battery (B-112)

Issue	Problem Cause / Description	Things to Check / Solution(s)
The B-112 battery does not turn on at all	Faulty cigar jack (BCL-1)	Check the parts in the red circle in the figure below for any defects. The pin of a busted fuse is broken. Replace BCL-1.
The B-112 battery does not turn on at all	The battery is defective	Needs to be replaced
The B-112 battery does not supply power to the camera	Faulty socket to the camera (BCS-1)	Check for any damage or loose connection on the leftmost figure below. Replace BCS-1.
The B-112 battery does not supply power to the camera	The fault is on the camera side	Check if the fuse of the camera's cigarette power cable (CL-2P/CL-3P) is faulty. Replace cable. Please refer here for additional information.
No power output from the USB port	Faulty USB port or battery itself	The port needs to be checked by an engineer or the battery has to be replaced.

No power output from the USB port (B-124X and B-130X Only)	Faulty USB port or battery itself	The port needs to be checked by an engineer or the battery has to be replaced.
Bluetooth not working	Faulty built-in Bluetooth in the battery	Turn on Bluetooth in the phone, open the BlackVue Battery App, and try to re-scan.
The expansion battery (B-124E) not working	B-124/X main battery's expansion port, cable, or expansion battery itself is faulty	The expansion battery and/or cable should be replaced. B124/X expansion port needs to be checked for fault.
