Sometimes, an error occurs during a Cloud Plan subscription. The Restore Purchase option is available in the BlackVue App (Android and iOS) and the Web Viewer.
BlackVue App (Android/iOS) for Smart Plan
*Profile tab > Click "Free Plan" > Go to Lite or Smart tab (depending on your subscription type) > Scroll down and click Restore Purchase to restore subsciption.
NOTE: The Restore Purchase option in the BlackVue app is only available for the Lite and Smart Cloud Plans.
BlackVue Web Viewer Restore Purchase for Fleet Plan
*Account Icon (Upper-right corner) > "Subscription" tab > Restore Purchase
NOTE: The Restore Purchase option in the BlackVue Web Viewer is only available for the Fleet Cloud Plan.
