Sometimes, an error occurs during a Cloud Plan subscription. The Restore Purchase option is now made available to the BlackVue App (Android and iOS) and the Web Viewer.

BlackVue App (iOS) for Smart Plan
* > "Upgrade Plan" > Restore Purchase
BlackVue Web Viewer Restore Purchase for Fleet Plan
*Account Icon (Upper-right corner) > "Subscription" tab > Restore Purchase
I purchased cloud for £11.49 paid and it take out another amount for £20.49 so total I ended up paid 31.98 when I only wanted the cloud for 11.49 can u able to refund the second payment pls thanks.
