Is anyone else having problems logging in and/or creating a Black Vue Cloud account?
It's been a nightmare? The app is absolutely useless. When I finally managed to create an account, I tried two different email addresses and oddly enough one connected with the system, if that's what you can call it?
However, I now find I cannot log in to that account even though I received the confirmation email and confirmed it. It denies my access by constantly asking for me to check email address, password and internet connection? I have not been able to reset the password either?
What a load of rubbish this is, I really wish I had never purchased from Black Vue.
Having read through some of the other problems being experienced I am extremely concerned about what the future holds in terms of more poor product support?

Our apologies for the trouble.
Can you please tell us the app version which you are using? Also, please send us your email address at cs@pittasoft.com through which you are logged in to cloud so that we can generate a link for you to change the password.
