Hi just bought and fitted this dashcam and tried it for the first time today. On checking my recordings on the BlackVue app on my smartphone I noticed that video recordings from the rear camera are upside down. Is there a simple fix for this? Is it likely that the camera has been fitted the wrong way round?

Chris Hello Andy
The flipped image in the rear camera of your DR750S-2ch unit is one of the options that you can select in the Recording settings.
The rear camera can be rotated 180 degress on all BlackVue 2CH dashcams but its image is straight up only when you install the rear camera such that you see the "Pittasoft" or "BlackVue" text on the rear camera straight up when looking at the rear camera from insider the car. When you rotate the rear camera to record inside the car the image will be upside down. Only in DR650S-2CH, you can rotate the image 180° as well from the dashcam/firmware settings as following:
Connect the SD card with the computer-> Open BlackVue PC viewer->Settings->Basic: Recording Settings->Rear camera 180 ° rotation->Check "ON" and click Save&Close.
or
Connect your smartphone to dashcam's Wi-Fi -> to Open BlackVue app -> BlackVue Wi-Fi-> Camera Settings-> Basic Settings-> Recording Settings-> Rear camera 180 ° rotation->Check "ON" and click Save&Close.

Erik Åberg Hi Chris,
I just installed my BlackVue DR750S-2CH on my front window but when i check the recordings then they are up an down. Do i solve it the same way as you describe for the back camera?

Philip Mondello Erik, I am having the same issue. Does that solve the problem? Curious about viewing live as well.

Erik Åberg Yes it did help.

Philip Mondello Glad to hear. Playing with it now. How did you hide all the extra cable? I ended up paying through the nose for a custom length.

Erik Åberg All the extra cable i put together in small peace and stuck it behind the mirror at front window. Not the best but it stays there and not so much visible :-)
