Hi.
The app has a option 'Rear camera power' and a option 'Rear camera recording'.
what is the difference between these 2 settings?

"Rear camera Power" will turn on/off the rear camera.
Rear camera Recording" on/off will just turn on/off the recording on SD card but the camera will remain on and if there is a motion detected in the rear camera, the front camera will record it.
