I have the same issue.  It happens both on my mobile wifi as well as on my home wifi.  It randomly stops being connected to the cloud, and cannot get live camera feed. What can i do to fix this?

I'm having similar issues since the latest firmware update.
It is constantly dropping out when connected to home WiFi and now I'm unable to view recordings via my home WiFi on Samsung S8. This has only happens ed recently so can only assume it's due to the latest firmware update.
Going to swap out my Lexar x633 SD card and swap for the included 16gig BV SD card that came with my 750 cameras to see if this resolves the connection issues.
Please update if you have any joy getting this resolved people.

having the same issue with my home wifi keeps connecting/disconnecting from my home wifi and my unit is connected to the blackmagic pro.

works fine with a portable 4G / wifi dongle.

I have numerous issues as well. Mine camera connects, starts up, but I get no live video or recordings. I've formatted the SD card (two different ons) still nothing. It was working a month ago but after I subscribed to cloud all hell started. BV suggested reformatting the SD card. Now nothing works.
