This seems to be dangerous as I want to use the camera for identifying vehicles coming up from behind. The rear mirror and my backingcamera is the showing it correct of course.
But I want to use the 750 as it presents a much wider image

The rear camera records as the front camera therefore the image is rotated. The reason is that dash cameras are designed for security purposes in case of accidents and not as reverse cameras however we will consider your suggestion to add this functionality in upcoming firmwares.

The rear camera shows mirrored picture in live view. The manual page 24 says how to do it but not that tje picture is wrong and therefore the function is dangerous ti use

The rear camera records as a front unit and since its mounted backward the picture is supposed to be rotated. The camera doesn't invert the image as you can see in the rear view mirror of your car therefore it cannot be used as reverse camera. In the manual it's not written anywhere that live view from the camera can be seen as a rear mirror view.

NO it says that via WiFi you can see both cameras live. For me that means that you can see a correct picture of what i going on both in front and back of the car.
There is so may problems with your cameras that you should really do something quick about it.

Noman, you are repeating yourself. Perhaps you should spend some time to try and understand what the person is asking, and then offering to fix it. Contact the software developers, have them make the fixes needed. It's easy.
Makeme1witheverything I agree with you. Why not fix the problem (the customer see it as a problem, even if the manufacturer does not) It is also recommended as a camera for watching inside the car and therefore your customers wants it to show the correct picture. Seems to be many problems with this camera now so Black View needs to treat there buyers with respect.
@Blackvue - thanks so much for addressing and providing a solution to this annoying issue in your last firmware update!! Mirror recording works perfectly!
@Blackview - Can you please update the firmware to provide the same 'mirror' orientation function for the 'Front' facing camera? Some of us are now using the 'Front' facing cameras as rear cameras in 4 channel setups and having the same issues as above ^^ that Dag and others were having with the rear camera back in 2018.
