Same id in use error in iOS App

Every day I get this"same I'd in use" error when I use the IOS app.
I'm using a DR750S-2CH with firmware 1.002.
This is since blackvue app version 2.64.
Currently I use version 2.66 but this issue is still acting up.

Is this issue known on your end?

    Hello Perry

     This problem occurs when you are logged in from another device while logging in. Please log out from the PC viewer or another phone and try again. If the issue persist, please send us a screenshot of the error and your cloud email at cs@pittasoft.com for further investigation.

    Exact same problem here.
    100% logged out from the Mac program.

    Yesterday the iOs app was working well and after 24 hours (we didn't use the Mac app), when we started the iOs app we got a message: "same I'd in use".

    We have this problem for a couple of months now. (We also removed the app a couple of weeks ago from the iPhone and installed it again but the problem still exists, even with a new password.).

    What's the solution?

    Please, could you give a reply? (We had this problem this morning again an didn't used other programs or apps in the meantime)

    I'm getting the same message with the Android app. This seems to be an issue with both Android and IOS. I think a bug that is almost two years old needs to be fixed.

    This same issue I have been having for over a year. Technical support told me to change my billing from google to apple to fix it.  I did that, and no fix.  Same id in use happens every 6 hours or so.

    Same here, been getting that message ever since they made their app an infomercial.
    Besides the Same ID in Use Error I get the Cloud Disconnected/Cloud Connected about 60 times a day, not every day but close.
    Blackvue needs to fix their App and Cloud connection.

    happen after the app update ,is time to throw the dashcam , almost 6 year and they can't fix the stupid problem
