Newly installed and the image is horrible. Can not find out where or if I am Able to change resolution please help?

  Hi Chen Lim, I have the same problem. The image quality is very bad, especially in the twilight or when it rains, which also works badly for me is GPS. It takes minimum 30 - 40 minutes to finally connect. Sometimes it doesn't work at all. I previously had a DR900X same car same place it was installed. it worked perfectly. I'm quite disappointed with the new DashCam. I hope that there will be significant improvements with a new firmware. Otherwise I will send it cam back.

  I'm still having a lot of problems with this dashcam even though they tried mapquest to repair it...
