Newly installed and the image is horrible. Can not find out where or if I am Able to change resolution please help?

  Hi Chen Lim, I have the same problem. The image quality is very bad, especially in the twilight or when it rains, which also works badly for me is GPS. It takes minimum 30 - 40 minutes to finally connect. Sometimes it doesn't work at all. I previously had a DR900X same car same place it was installed. it worked perfectly. I'm quite disappointed with the new DashCam. I hope that there will be significant improvements with a new firmware. Otherwise I will send it cam back.

  I'm still having a lot of problems with this dashcam even though they tried mapquest to repair it...

  It sounds frustrating to deal with a poor image quality after installation! Have you checked the settings or preferences in the application? Often, there should be an option for adjusting the resolution or quality of the drive mad 2 images.

  you make a valid point. I have been using an AI Name Generator recently, and it works quite well. You might want to give it a try.
