DR970X with LTE disconnect then connects

Apparently, this is an issue with the BlackVue cameras. Very frustrating!!!! As mentioned in other posts, my camera disconnects then reconnects to the Cloud. BlackVue Tech Support was of no use and didn't provide any solutions other than your camera is "defective". This is their solution if they are unable to figure out what's going on.

I'm using the BlackVue SIM card and I'm going to try a different SIM from another carrier to see if that solves the problem. I bought the BlackVue because I like the ability to view my car from anywhere with 4G/5G service, but if this doesn't work, then I have no choice but to return the camera. BlackVue touts itself as the BEST dashcam and while that may be true for some of it's capabilities, it certainly is NOT for their LTE capability.

    Just installed the DR970X-2CH-LTE and I could observed cloud connection , disconnection, then reconnection…
    Now I cannot reconnect the dash. Am to the cloud .
    I ve sent 2 request ti the BlackVue help desk….with no answer yet…
    Also, parking mode doesn’t work correctly .
    My dashcam records constantly in a manual mode
    Very very frustrating! And si disappointing
