Front camera Not recording or have live view

Hi there, I have a BlackVue dash camera. The front camera comes up with a black screen while on live view and when recorded. I have updated the firmware and formatted the se card inside of the dash cam. I don’t know what to do from here. It won’t record anything from the front camera but records fine through the back camera.

    For months, I have been having trouble with my Blackview DR770X-2CH LTE 4G's LIVE View function. Even with the enhanced subscription, when I try to see remotely on my phone, the connection keeps dropping. The problem still exists even after many trips to an authorized installation shop, two SIM card changes, and geometry dash lite completion of all Blackview Tech Support troubleshooting procedures, which include formatting the SD card, restarting the camera, and upgrading the firmware.

    I have the same issue with my 650. The rear camera records and gives live view, but only a black screen from the from camera. Updated firmware, formatted card and restarted etc still nothing?
