Unable to read plates numbers DR900S

I have BlackVue DR900S and an updated firmware, but it can not capture plate number in any situation even if my car in parking mode! Numbers look Blur and unreadable! tried to change setting but same issue! Please help

  You haven't changed the resolution of the camera in the settings?

  Another possibility is what are you using to view the captured video?

  @io games Try adjusting the video quality settings. 

  Go into the camera settings and ensure you are using the highest resolution available (e.g., 4K).

  Check if there’s an option for adjusting bitrate; a higher bitrate can improve image quality.
