Hi guys,
My DR450 1-CH was running the latest firmware and had been working fine for about 6 months, but then all of a sudden it stopped working. I formatted the SD card with the Blackvue app, reloaded the latest firmware update, put it in the camera, powered on, but it only lights up the GPS and REC light solid for a little bit, then they both flash for about 10 flashes, then all lights go out on the dashcam.
Can anyone help?

First of all please check if you are downloading the right firmware and you are unzipping the file before installing the fimware.
Second, please format the SD card and enter the formatted empty SD card in the dashcam and power it on to see if it fixes the issue.
If the problem persists, the most probably the dashcam is malfunctioning. Please contact the seller to claim warranty.

Hi Noman,
I've tried multiple SD cards, formatted in Windows as FAT32, and formatted by the Blackvue application, still doesn't boot, though different lights to happen in some scenarios, eg if I unplug the GPS cable, it just has the red record light on, but doesn't record. No video recorded.
What is the next step? This is covered under Australian Consumer Law, so very interested in what you recommend.
