White vertical line on the left side

Hello, since I upgraded to the DR750S firmware (1.004) the rear camera has a white vertical line on the left side of the image.

Thank you.

    Hello Ricardo

We haven't received any similar complaints regarding this issue so this seems particular to you specific camera. Please upload one or two sample footages to an online server and share the link with us at cs@pittasoft.com for further investigation into the issue.

    Thank you

Ricardo please check that you also have a mirrored picture while viewing the WiFi picture in your rear camera page 24 in the manual.

You already have given them a sample picture so why does the standard answer come in this question.

    Hello Noman and Dag.

    Noman.

This is an anomaly that is not very serious, it is more the aesthetic aspect of the image. I believe that there are no complaints because it can be this specific model and with the new firmware. This was not the case with the old firmware.
However as requested I leave the link with information so that they can analyze.

If I do real-time streaming video (Live View) via wi-fi or cloud this anomaly happens.
If I download the video and view it in the app or use VLC or BlackVue Viewer by reading directly from the card on the PC, this anomaly happens.

    Thank you for your response.

    Hello Ricardo
Please unplug the rear camera cable on both sides (from the front and rear camera) and reconnect them to check if it fixes the issue. Also if you have the older firmware, please downgrade and check if the white line persists.
Let us know the outcome by performing the two conditions and if the issue persists, we will provide further troubleshooting.
    Thank you

    Hello Noman.

I took the test you asked for and everything was the same.
I even connected the cameras with a new cable to make sure the problem was not in the cable.
It remains for me to downgrade to the previous firmware and test.

I need to get the firmware DR750S-2CH (v1.003), can anyone help me?

Already someone has this model with the new firmware and does not have the same problem?

    Thank you for your response.
