Firmware upgrade

Hi, 

I followed all the instructions regarding upgrading the firmware on my DR430 2ch camera and when I put the camera in the car, the upgrading firmware message came on along with the blue GPS light  - I do not have the GPS module fitted. I left it for an hour before deciding it must have failed in some way or another and now regardless of what I do the camera is not responsive. It just has the blue GPS light on and does nothing.

I have tried putting the backup files I took before doing anything back on but this did not work giving the same result as listed above.

Is there anything I can do to get it working?

    Dear Customer

     Please format the SD card in FAT 32 format in the blackvue PC viewer and insert an empty card in the dashcam to see if it initializes the card.

    If the issue persists, then the dashcam seems to be faulty and in that case, please consult the seller for repair/exchange under warranty.
