    Hello Ben

     Thank you for choosing blackvue.

There are a few minimum requirements (listed below) for your computer specifications in order for it to play both  the front and rear videos simultaneously using the accelerator. If your computer specifications doesn't meet the below requirements, you won't be able to play the video with accelerator option on.

    CPU: i3 - 6 Gen or equivalent
    Ram: 4 GB
Graphic card: Geforce 760, Intel/HP 560 or equivalent

    Best Regards

    Blackvue Support Team

    Hello Ben

Thank you for sharing the specifications of your PC.

For the customized PC's you need to turn off the hyper threading on your computer's motherboard to use the accelerator with blackvue viewer. You can view any online tutorial to turn off hyper threading for your main board or wait for our new PC viewer release in which the scenario will be changed and you will be able to use the accelerator without getting into BIOS.

Let us know in case you have any further questions.

    Hello Noman,

    Thanks for the reply.

I believe it is crucial that the program can run on hyper threading mode since probably pretty much everything runs on hyper threading, plus I believe there will be no one that would turn that option off anyway.
I will wait for the next version of the PC Viewer.

    Thanks,
    Ben

I just installed my new DR750S-2CH cameras and when using the PC Viewer (on Win 10Pro) the program crashes consistently after about 5sec of playback.

What is this 'Video Accelerator' you speak of and how do check if it's switched on/off ?

    Please advise

    martin

It should be there in the Setting section mate.

    Thanks, Ben !

In my version (v1.18) there's no such switch :(

Well, at least I'm not blind :)
