my DR590-1ch doesn't work, doesn't say and record anything after upgrade, I tried to format card and insert again, but no reaction. it's blinking very slowly (5sec light, 2 sec dark). how to restore it to factory settings?

  Dear Customer

   Please format the SD card in FAT 32 format in blackvue PC viewer and insert an empty SD card in the dashcam. If the problem persists, then the dashcam seems to be malfunctioning and in that case please contact the seller for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) services.
