I'm using this DR750S-2CH with a firmware version 1.007, and the plate number is not visible/clear. How to resolve this?

Please email our customer support team at cs@pittasoft.com along with a sample footage from your camera so that they can determine if there is an issue with your specific dashcam.

Clive Burton i have noticed the same issue with my DR750S in "60fps/Sport Mode" i have adjusted the setting to 30fps and will review footage again.
but my 650S cam has much better clarity for plate numbers.
I am running: 1.007 as well and using BV 6.0.0.22.
along with some other issues like "Fuzzy/static " all over the night vision clips.
In sport mode you can not adjust the file duration.
I do not see GPS files like before in the record folder like on my 650S but i have GPS data.
Frustrated with the Dash Cam as its supposed to be better than my 650S.... so far not the case!
Customer Service response is very SLOW... which increases the frustration of having to keep revisiting the issues over a long time period.

The video quality of DR750S is better than the DR650 series due to the 60FPS frame rate. IF the video quality is not clear, we assume that this could be an issue with your specific camera.
Please upload your videos on google drive or dropbox etc and send the link to us on cs@pittasoft.com so that we can determine the cause of issue and provide a possible troubleshooting.
