Hello Colin
There could be two possible reasons for this error.
1. The wires of PMP are not properly connected to the fuses.
2. The PMP is faulty.
Please check the first case by referring to the PMP manual or a car electrician and if the issue persists, please contact our CS team at cs@pittasoft.com for further troubleshooting.
Thank you
Thanks Noman.
any idea about this problem
Hello Colin
For this error, the reason would be unstable internet. Please turn off the connected/Disconnected notifications in the app notification settings after which you won't receive it again.
Thank you
The voltage dropping over night could also be the quality of battery. My Toyota truck is 18 months old. And the same thing was happening. I bought an optima yellow top and problem solved.
Specially if the cam keeps reconnecting.. it will use more power. Also happens if I park outside 2 or 3 feet closer to home . The connections keeps dropping. Now I know. That if I leave the truck outside.. I have to park 2 or 3 feet father. From where I used to. That way neither the hotspot or the cam detect my home WiFi. Until I bring it in at night.
I get about 4 hours out of mine which powers the two cameras and my Wi-Fi hotspot. The Blackvue larger battery solutions are prohibitively expensive. Setting it to 12.5V never works at all.
I think that is normal situation. In my case it's the same. I've new car and PMP setup on 12.5V or 12h. To the work have 20km in one direction. Voltage falling down under 12.5 in one night or in my worktime.
