Windows viewer 1.22 crashes after having opened first file and then double-clicking second file

I use Windows 10 and run BlackVue Windows PC Viewer V1.22 (latest version and latest firmware V1.10 for DR750S-2CH).

I played a BlackVue clip and it worked fine. But when I double-click another second file during this action, Windows PC Viewer crashes immediately.

The problem seems to  be related somehow to the crashes in Windows PC Viewer V1.19 and V1.20.

It's really annoying as I have to restart Windows PC Viewer every time when running the next clip.

    Hello Werner

Please do the following and see if it fixes the issue.

    1. In the settings, turn off the Picture in Picture( PIP) settings and play one file at a time and see if it fixes the issue.

    2. Turn off the video accelerator in the settings and see if it fixes the problem.

    3. Try this beta PC viewer 1.22 version and see if it fixes the problem

Do Step 3 first. Several have tried the beta (including myself) and reported back that the crash seems fixed.

But imagine the surprise when 1.22 was actually released, apparently without this fix. :-(

The link posted previously has invalid characters on the end. Try this one:

(just delete the "%C2%A0" off the end of the previous link)

I just checked, and the Zip is still there.
