no sound coming from cam

hi i am not geting any sound from my cam ie starting normal recording or starting parking mode the cam is a DR650s-2CH with firmware 1.012

  Please upgrade the dashcam's firmware using the procedure below and see if it fixes the issue.

  If the issue persists, please send the "System" and "Config" folders to our customer support team at cs@pittasoft.com for further investigation.

  Hi my Blackvue is not recording anything, I swapped the SD Card, even the new isn't recording after formatting and copying the system all the necessary folders. Please help.
