Incorrect Time Stamp

I have the correct timezone set up in my firmware settings, but my video filenames and time stamps are showing a timezone 9 hours different

  Looks like at 18 months old the RTC (Real Time Clock) module/battery has failed.

  Every time the unit powers down it loses its time stamp memory.

  Luckily, Halfords have agreed to replace my front DashCam.
