IOS 13.0 WIFI app will not acknowledge phone is connected to cam

after updating my iphone to IOS 13.0 i connect to camera with wifi but the app refuses to let me in it just brings up a window saying connect to wfii open settings 

this happened before after an update of the app or IOS i cant remember which. Sort this issue out please its ridiculous every time an update comes out

  I have the same problem but,  I tested other phones and they work with ios 12.x and also 13.x

  At the same time I have 13.x ios,  1.0.12 for blackvue and 2.95 for app     Why it does not recognize working connection?
