Hello, Since upgrading the firmware recently, I have a constant orange light on next to the GPS. It is not recording any footage. I have tried and formatted two sd cards but this does not rectify. It still connects to the WiFi and gives me notification re connected and parking mode and shows the car on the map however I am unable to use live view through my house or the cams direct WiFi. All was working fine before the firmware upgrade. Can you troubleshoot please? Thanks

  Another question, what's the point of having an online helpcenter where the manufacturers techies don't bother to respond? It is very disappointing given I have £700 of kit in my car that basically is currently useless. 😞
