I get this error on *every* video in the app. I'm running Android 11, last updated 5th May 2021. Blackvue 750X on Firmware 1.004. I realise there's a firmware update to 1.006 but that seems to fail when I try it (seperate issue obviously) and seems unrelated to the fact the app doesn't play any videos. This occurs for saved videos too, the only 'video' I can watch in the app is live.

TY I have the same problem, my phone is XiaoMi 10T Pro Android 11. What is your phone brand & model? It seems Blackvue app gets compatibility issue with Android devices

Phil Same problem. I just received my 590X a couple of days ago. I attempted to view it on my Kyocera DuraForce Pro 2 and get the same message. I see the files are mp4. My Kyocera has no problem viewing other mp4s. How to fix this?

Lori J I installed the new app and today I'm not able to watch videos I've in the app in downloaded videos. My phone updated to Android 12. I've got the Moto G Power 5g

Lori J They fixed it for a day then it stopped working again. What's weird is I can video rear but not front in the downloads.

Peter Jones I have recently replaced my DR750S - 2CH with a DR750X - 2CH. Sorry I did now!
In the app., the 750S recordings will play without any issues. Now, using the same phone, when selecting any thumbnail, it doesn't play. A message "your device can't play this video". Same phone on which they previously played from the 750S.
Surely it can't be a phone compatibility problem? Why does it work with the 750S and not 750X?
Firmware v1.010-eng and presumably the latest app. version.
Not impressed!
