DR900x "Already registered" & "Check SD card"

I purchased my DR900x 2ch w/ LTE Module a few months ago. I didn't want to screw up the installation on my new 2020 Range Rover Velar so I booked an appointment with a reputable installation shop, unfortunately it took nearly 2 months to get the cameras installed. Once installed the front camera was found inoperable so I returned it to the seller who accidentally replaced it with a DR900s initially but finally sent me the correct camera model.

Here's where my problems begin... I'm having a very difficult time getting the camera to accept the miniSD card, I've tried several different ones. I've formatted them a couple of times each with no luck.

I then tried to register the camera for cloud service on the mobile app manually but it says that "This camera is already registered to a BlackVue account" and now I'm at a complete loss. I have no idea how to proceed, what steps to take next or what else to do. 

Please help!

    Hello Jesus! You need to forward the serial number of your camera to our Customer Support Team ( to confirm the registration. The registration will be deleted and you will be provided with further information/instructions.

    Regarding your other issue, it seems that the camera has an issue with the internal SD card reader since you mentioned that it does not recognize any SD card you tried. If you formatted the SD cards via the BlackVue PC Viewer already, then, the camera needs to be checked with your seller.
