Steady blue and red light, no wifi after OTA firmware update

I was on 1.015 I believe, and updated to 1.018 via OTA. Download the firmware on my phone, did the process of installing for the camera. Camera said it was formatting, turned off, turned on, said it was updating and to not power off, and after about 20 min nothing has happened. Just a steady blue and red light. Camera worked wonderful for the last 2 years, no issues whatsoever until I tried to update it.
