"Failed to retrieve camera list" Android app

I get the subject error when trying to connect to the Cloud service on my Android phone, but it works fine using the web on my @indows laptop. I can connect directly to the camera from the Android app. My BlackVue DR750X-3CH-PLUS is registered on the site just fine, and I'm running the latest version of the Android app. Suggestions? Thanks!

    Are you using Google account to connect? I have to logout and login with Google after a day. I think the session/token expires and causes that issue. I haven't tried yet but I imagine making and a blackvue account and logging in with that would work better.
