Hi everyone,

I've installed the DR900X-2CHPlus, Power Magic Ultra Battery B-124X and Connectivity Module into my 2019 Lamborghini Huracan Performante Spyder using the cigarette connection, and when the car is parked for roughly 20-30 minutes I receive a push notification to my phone that the camera has been disconnected.

When I return to the car, there is no power coming from the battery to the camera. However when I then switch it from "Cigarette" to "Off" and back to "Cigarette" again, it powers on again and will remain on for another 20-30 minutes or so while the car is parked, until it powers off and disconnects again. When I check the battery level, it is showing that it's filled to 98% capacity, so it's not like it's out of juice.

This is a very recent purchase so I'm a bit new to it all, but I've also purchased and expandable battery pack that I connected and used on an overnight trip two weeks ago. When it had the second expansion battery connected, it seemed to perform fine all the way through the evening, however given how small the interior of the Lamborghini is, having a second battery always connected isn't a sustainable daily setup.

Is there some timer setting I'm unaware of? I've tried both the on and off setting for the "Override parking mode time-out function" in the Battery Manager app, but it doesn't make any difference. 

Is it possible I just have a bad battery pack or something?
